This little guy was rescued by a housekeeper who was hiding him from the family that refused to treat his extensive wounds.

Mais is a little shy and may take a minute to warm up. Once he does, he turns into a little attention monster! He loves to be pet on the head, get scratched behind the ear and if you’ve got treats — that’s a bonus.

Mais would be happy around another confident kitty or equally happy as a solo cat in the house. He is most likely to get nervous around dogs and would do great with kids of any age,
